TAMIYA presents the Opel Kadett GT/E on the MB-01 chassis. The GT/E was introduced in 1975 and was the high-end stage of Opel's Cadet. The GT/E was a two-door coupe with a 1.9 litre engine and a revised suspension. Various teams used this vehicle in competitions in 1976 and secured second place in the constructor standings. The 58729 TAMIYA model in 1:10 scale is the MB-01 M chassis. With this chassis, both the drive type (front or rear motor) as well as the engine position (front, rear, low/high) can be freely selected.
